4. Shipment Tracking

We are not responsible for returned packages resulting from:

8. Tracking & Shipment Status Questions

As a general guideline:
- If tracking activity has updated within the past 7 days, the shipment is usually still moving normally.
- If no tracking updates appear for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact our support team for assistance.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost after an extended period without tracking movement, please contact us so we may open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier officially confirms the shipment as lost in transit, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost.
Important Notice
Our responsibility ends once the tracking system confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
We are not liable for packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
